The notaires have recently published a report on the property market in the ski stations of France.
The authors state that over the year to September 2025, average prices changed from -1% in the Massif region, to +3% in the Alps du Nord. Over the past 3 years, prices in the Alps and Pyrénées have risen by an average of +20%. Over the past 10 years prices in the Alps du Nord have increased by an average of +50%, whilst in the Alps de Sud by an average of +23%. In the Vosges, over the past 10 years, prices have increased on average by +63%.
